If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve a complaint, you can contact your local consumer advice body. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was closed in July 2025, so we do not link to it.
Regulatory information
- Data protection: we are the controller for account and billing data under the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and, for users in the EEA, the EU GDPR. Supervisory authority in the UK: the Information Commissioner’s Office.
- Consumer law: our sales to consumers follow the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live.
- Taxes: VAT and other sales taxes are calculated in checkout by Stripe Tax where we are registered or required to collect them.
- AI transparency: see the AI Transparency Notice.
- Age: the Service is only for adults aged 18 or older.
Versions and changes
All documents in this Legal Center have version 2026-10-03 and took effect on 3 October 2026. We announce material changes at least 30 days in advance by email or in the app. Earlier versions are available on request from contact@memoryclone.com.
These documents are provided in English. If we provide a translation, the English version applies to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in our documents limits rights you have under mandatory consumer or data protection law where you live.
