Accounts and licenses
A valid account and active license may be required to use the online application. Clone slots and Talking Credits are controlled by your purchased products and server-side account status.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the files you import, the people you choose to clone, and compliance with privacy, consent, copyright and local law. Do not use Memory Clone to impersonate, harass, defraud or harm others.
Local data
The application is designed so imported chats and generated local memory data remain on your computer. You are responsible for protecting your device, backups and local files.
AI limitations
AI replies can be inaccurate, incomplete or emotionally sensitive. Memory Clone is not medical, legal, financial or emergency advice and should not be treated as a guaranteed continuation of a real person.
Billing and access changes
Subscriptions, one-time purchases, promotions, credits and clone slots may be updated, limited or revoked if payments fail, refunds are issued, abuse is detected or the account violates these terms.
