Rules for creating and using AI clones safely, lawfully and transparently.
No deception or impersonation
Do not present an AI clone as the real person, hide that a response is AI-generated, or use a clone to deceive, manipulate, defraud, harass, threaten or exploit anyone.
No harmful or unlawful use
Do not use Memory Clone for illegal surveillance, discrimination, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, self-harm encouragement, violence, fraud, identity theft, malware or evasion of law enforcement.
Sensitive decisions
A clone is a simulation, not a reliable substitute for a person or a qualified professional. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, education, insurance or emergency decisions.
Third-party privacy
Uploads can contain personal or sensitive information about other people. Minimise what you upload, avoid unrelated information, and delete data that you no longer need.
Enforcement
Memory Clone may restrict or suspend access, preserve required evidence, and report conduct where required by law when these rules are violated.
